About rosarybeads.ie

rosarybeads.ie is a simple, free way to pray the rosary on your phone, for the times your beads are at home, in another coat, or lost down the side of the couch.

It is built to feel like holding a real rosary: one tap for each bead, the beads filling in as you go, every prayer written out, and a painting to look at for each mystery. It keeps your screen awake while you pray and works without signal once it has been opened, so it is there for you in a quiet church, on a long journey or at a bedside.

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy. There are no ads and no tracking.

The prayers and pictures

The prayers are the traditional forms said in Ireland. Scripture quotations are from the Douay-Rheims Bible. The reflections on each mystery are our own, kept short so that the mystery itself can speak. The paintings were created for this site.
